Customers on 185.179.216.0/24 please be advised. We've given additional IP addresses from another IP block to as many customers as possible to get everyone back online while we work on resolving the situation.

We were made aware of an outage in London at around 1:30PM +/- today. This outage unfortunately happened just after our main network engineer (Josh) went into an examination. It came back online on it's own merits.

After communicating with the provider we came to understand that our as-set was temporarily stripped which caused prefix announcements to go down. We are still awaiting more information.

Our London upstream started maintenance on a switch which we weren't told about correctly. An outage was not intended, but there was an isolated port issue on the failover switch affecting both of our blades.
