DE-CIX outage affecting Frankfurt

There was a short outage on DE-CIX at around 1AM this morning.
Our knowledge of this incident consists of OVH sending full tables to DECIX, which caused an outage amongst the providers upstreamed through that IX - including Datapacket/CDN77.
The outage only lasted 3 minutes, and we weren't notified due to how short it was.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
LON2.UK Migration

Due to some concerns regarding the drives on LON2 (Xeon), and complaints from clients - we are swapping out the drives for this system on Saturday (18th) at roughly 6PM.
We will be migrating servers individually and you will see no downtime apart from a reboot to move your server over to the new hypervisor.
If you are using a Xeon processor, you will be affected by this migration. Sorry about the inconvenience.

FRA02.DE Outage

We have identified the cause; Hardware failure.
After further correspondence with Hetzner, it appears that during the hardware switch yesterday a technician had mismatched memory installed - anyhow the whole server has been replaced and we are closely monitoring for any early warning signs of another incident like this.
Compensation is available for clients who were affected by this outage, simply email me (joshm@hostaris.com) with your server IP.

DE-2-FRA Migration to Ryzen 7 7700

We have taken a decision to migrate clients on our current 5950X hypervisors to new hypervisors running Ryzen 7 7700 CPUs. As clients are not affected by the core count of the hypervisor, this is considered a free upgrade and will not affect current pricing at all. Information will follow concerning this migration and IP addresses will not change.
We're not 100% sure on the maintenance window for this but we are discussing multiple methods to ensure minimal downtime to clients. This mainte...
